• Risk & impact analysis/mapping

• JIRA / Azure DevOps exposure
• Data-management certifications (nice to have)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize process workflows
• Define data standards, improve data accuracy, and support system/data governance activities
• Design and implement new processes/SOPs to boost efficiency, quality, and service levels
• Collaborate with stakeholders—onshore/offshore, ops, IT, and leadership—to solve operational gaps
• Use data and reporting tools to extract insights, build metrics, and support decision-making
• Support onboarding, transitions, training, and change-management during process rollouts
• Bring strong communication, documentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
